The Team here at Basi are doing our best to keep you informed on whats happening in the Greater Western Sydney Business Community and provide you with all the tools you need to grow your business. We are constantly updating our Community Notice Board with events that we think are of interest to small business owners. We would also like to remind you that the March Basi Business Breakfast is next Tuesday, 02/03/10. It was necessary to change our regular Wednesday breakfast for this month as we were able to secure the very sought after guest speaker, Robyn Henderson for this day only. Robyn is a Global Networking Specialist who has authored and contributed to more than 25 books on networking, business development and self promotion. Robyn has spoken in 12 countries, presents over 100 times every year without advertising. Basi will also be commencing our very successful Women In Business Mentoring Program in March 2010. The Program consists of mentoring, workshops and achievement acknowledgement for women who own and operate small businesses. The mentoring is more specifically catered for those women who have owned or operated a small business for between 6 months and 2 years, who operate the business full-time and draw the bulk of their income from the business and are committed to growing the business. Using a combination of mentoring and practical sessions, the program assists women to improve their business skills and confidence, foster networking and successfully manage business growth. For those businesses under 2 years we have introduced the Beyond Basic Mentoring program, this is a flexible mentoring program where you choose your own pathways. This program is combined with a series of Business Skills Workshops & other incentives for our established businesses. Acknowledging that the needs of established business are different from the start up phase, we are  about to role out a series of workshops specifically targeted at this sector. 

 

We are also pleased to announce that we may now be able to assist you in obtaining unsecured, low interest business loans of between $500 and $20,000 through NAB Microenterprise Loan.
